The QIPS Department of Tadawi General Hospital works collaboratively with hospital leaders towards implementing programs that effectively improve quality and safety and reduce risks to patients, staff and visitors. The QIPS; in collaboration with senior leaders; uses quality improvement methodologies and strategies to monitor performance, analyzes data, identifies improvement opportunities, and takes the necessary improvements interventions.
